    • Available for participants from low-income households.

    • Available for Holbies from any previous cohort who have completed the program.

    Application Requirements

    ✅ Documentation verifying socioeconomic status (levels 1, 2, or 3)

    Maintenance Requirements

    ✅ Maintain an academic average of 80% throughout the program.

    ✅ Full attendance at all scheduled sessions.

    ✅ Active participation in the Career Development program during the grace period.

    Financial Conditions

    ✅ 3-month grace period during the Career Development phase.

    ✅ 6% annual interest rate (12% for those not receiving a scholarship).
